Pico de Gallo & Guacamole Recipe
  
  Pico's simple enough to make on its own, and is the type of thing we'll whip up anytime. One day, my wife and I decided to add some to a crushed up avocado, and it made a really good guacamole.
Pico de Gallo
- 4 tomatoes, diced
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 1 bundle cilantro, chopped or shredded
 - 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
 - 1 lime
 - Add all ingredients except lime to bowl, squeeze in juice from lime, add salt & pepper to taste, & mix
 
Guacamole
- Take 1 or 2 ripe avocados, take out the pit, and remove the flesh from the skins
 - Crush up avocados in a bowl using a spoon or fork, leaving a few chunks here and there
 - Mix in an equal amount of pico de gallo
